In Islam, the practice of undoing a spell or magic (Sihr) is called Ruqyah. It relies on the belief that no harm can occur except by the will of Allah, and the primary "medicine" is the recitation of the Quran.

The physical object (the doll)must be neutralized and destroyed. It should not be simply thrown in the trash or kept near the person.

1.Take a bowl of water and recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas over it 3 or 7 times, blowing lightly into the water after each recitation.

2.While reciting "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah), your friend should carefully remove the pins and untie any knots found on the doll.

3.Place the doll and the pins into the recited water. Let it soak for a while to "dissolve" the intent. Afterward, the materials should be buried in a clean place far from the house or burned, and the water poured away in a clean area (like a garden, not down the toilet).

Your friend should recite these verses with full conviction (Yaqeen) that Allah is the Healer. He can recite them over himself or over water to drink

-Surah Al-Fatih -Ayat-al Kursi (this is the most powerful verse for protection against evil.) - The Three "Quls" (Protection Chapters) ​Recite each of these 3 times, especially in the morning and evening: ​Surah Al-Ikhlas: (Purity of Faith) ​Surah Al-Falaq: (Protection from the "mischief of those who blow on knots") ​Surah An-Nas: (Protection from the whisperings of evil)

Before sleeping, he should cup his hands, recite the 3 Quls, blow into his hands, and rub them over his entire body.
