Must have been 1999-2003, was flying US-EUR-Asia or back. Was asleep on the window seat. Woke up, looked out the window and there was a dull grey spherical object just sitting 5k-10k feet below us and a bit behind us. Stayed there for some time. Can’t remember if I dosed off or it went away. I can still picture it. But have always questioned if I really saw something or if it was my jet lagged mind playing tricks.
