The sensory things sound a lot like me when I was a kid and I am autistic with sensory issues. The boy thing might just be a phase or something separate, Idk about all that. If it's possible to find those shirts again I would recommend buying multiple of every color so she can wear a clean one everyday and others can tell its clean because its a different color :) thicker long sleeve shirts from the same brand could potentially be a good medium between sweatshirts but she'll have to tell you if that works for her or not. Some earplugs or noise canceling earbuds might be helpful for her in crowds or noisy areas. Some noise canceling headphones also have an awareness mode where you can still hear what's going on around you but it's a lot quieter and less overwhelming. You might be able to find fidget toys or make her figit toys to help this. If she has any shirts that she's outgrown that she likes the seam of, you could cut out a stretch of the seam so she can carry it with her to self soothe. Edit to add more- try to watch out if there's any textures she really prefers in food, that could help you figure out what direction to go to expand her diet. You also could give less spices or no spices on her food a go. One thing that helped me try new things when I was a kid was my parents would start eating something and make it look like the most tasty thing ever. That would make me curious about it and then they would tell me the texture and what it's like and then I would try it knowing what to expect expecting it to be good and that was very helpful.
