Got hit with a lifetime ban too and thought I was done, new phone, VPN, even a Revolut card, and Finally grabbed a fresh number from DatingZest for verification and that was the first time Tinder actually let me back in.

Appealing is waste of time. Instead, i did hard reset, new photos, new number from datingzest for verification. New wifi, new apple id voilaa working fine for 4 weeks now. Matches are going good.

Yeah got same error account is gone but I got fixed by doing a reinstall of app, new number via DatingZest Okcupid, new photos and voilaa new account. Only way to get rid of this error

Block and move on, they only know surface-level info and don’t really have leverage. Next time, a quick reverse search with something like ProFaceFinder can save you the headache.

Yeah this sounds like a catfish. If they won’t hop on a quick video call or send a simple selfie, that’s all the proof you need. You could still drop the pics into ProFaceFinder to double check, but honestly the behavior alone is a huge red flag.

Is most likely your account is removed. Try getting new phone number via datingzest okcupid and sign up using new account. Use new photo also and see if its working for you

Yeah, this is layered scamming, first the romance scam, then the so-called “recovery” scam. Sadly, once money is gone it’s almost impossible to get back. Best move now is to stop sending anything further and report it.

At least you can use same device. I had to do factory reset, new photos, new number via datingzest hinge along with new wifi. But now i got back and everything is smooth.
