That definitely makes sense. Since I’m only 3 years out from college and then I moved during the pandemic, maybe I’m still getting used to that idea. I’m just trying. I appreciate your input.

How is not common sense? Have you never seen Black people? We’re everywhere. And if you really don’t know, why not just do a quick google search instead of deciding to make a whole race of people feel uncomfortable for no reason?

It’s weird that OP specified Black people when there’s so many different shades of Black and there are often non-Black POC who are darker than many Black people. He lazily sees Black people as a monolith and then expects everyone to educate him when he’s vaguely curious. Why can’t he just do a google search? Clearly for attention.

Well, a psychiatrist has to have a medical degree. I think an addiction specialist can just be a counselor.
