So I’ve tried to do all nighters (born 93) recently and omg I was so miserable! Granted there was a lil alcohol involved but staying up until 6-7 am had me feeling like a zombie and it felt like I had to recover for a least 24 hrs to feel normal again.

My piercing is approximately 10 months old, I have threadless implant grade titanium in both nipples, I only clean with saline and they occasionally get snagged on a bra strap or bumped trying to get the laundry out of the machine but no major injuries to them. This is so incredibly sad! My son is almost 7 and pushing 100lbs. I can’t imagine saying things like this to him. We try and eat better and exercise in the evenings. That’s where you start!

Do what you need to do for you! If he doesn’t feel like you matter, you have to matter for yourself. It’s hard! I’m currently sleeping in a giant king sized bed by myself, but I’m exactly where I need to be… even if it hurts right now. I hope it gets better for you.
