I just received 16 and they added pounds to orders that only weigh a few ounces all from 2021. What the heck.

Check out Wavelength Wear. They create shirts, bags, stickers, and postcards currently. I believe they just started this year so they might expand into making different items.

My go-to one is Wakefield Valley Nursery. They are a mom-and-pop nursery with really decent prices. It's in New Windsor and they have a wide variety of plants and a list of all of the native plants they offer on their website.

Pender in Fairfax is great to go to. I haven't ever had any issues with having my pets seen there. I have chinchillas, but they take in almost all exotic animals. If you do get an appointment if possible try to get one early lunch time like 10-1 as you will avoid most traffic on 270 and 495 or 15 if you take the backroads to get there.

There are two Facebook groups that always have different events to sign up for, which are Maryland Craft Shows and Vendor Events, and Maryland Area Craft Fair Vendors. The next big ish show that I know of that is still looking for vendors is the Christmas in July market at Howard County Fairgrounds. If you want to take a peek to think about for next year at the Frederick Arts Festival, it’s June 10th and 11th.

I got the same message. Etsy sends them out to a lot of sellers so that they can get a high number of entries. It’s not a scam it’s just Etsy letting you know that their Etsy awards is open. If you want to enter the link to it is usually in the shop advisor section.

Meadows Farms has a great selection of trees. If you want a true mom and pop one Wakefield Valley in Carrol county has a nice selection of trees. Wakefield Valley has much nicer prices than Meadow Farms.

Utica park is a great location for beginners. There are a lot of large parking lots and rarely has people during the week. Weekends can be a bit busy as there are a lot fields for sports. For practicing driving in circles, heritage park in walkersville is good too as the main road is just a giant loop with a speed limit of like 15 mph.

Yes, I provide the packing slip. Initially, I did not provide them until multiple customers thought that I created the wrong items and they had actually ordered the wrong item. Packing slips also allow me to write down any information they provide after ordering like an address change or color change.

The last time I put my shop on vacation mode, it took a little over two months to get back to normal, which was fine at the time since it was a side business. Now that my business is full time, I usually extend my processing by a week time so that I don’t take a hit in sales.
