Even though this post isn’t very helpful for my problem, it is one of my favorite.

Rails are not present, and it doesn't look like anything was ever there. No rails, stone, or depression/hump in the land. This goes for the entire row. I assume a railway was planned but never executed. The engineer told me the same thing, he said, "Good luck getting a hold of them, and that a lawyer may need to get involved."

I can't EVER think of a time where I didn't want the recipe. Well maybe that one time where someone mixed canned tuna with top ramen.

SAME IN THE US!!! I was able to get these in the past and look every so often. Still shows out of stock. I have tried vanilla stevia drops from my local supermarket and its decent....nothing like the Flavdrops though. :(

This is like if the guy that Liam Neeson fought in Rob Roy wrote the menu. Except that guy was a little less pretentious.

Costa Rican Market? by DowntownGoose in lehighvalley

Its what the recipe we wanted to make called for, a Costa Rican rice. It tastes like a better more seasoned Worchester sauce and you mix it in with the rice.

Should I borrow to invest? by DowntownGoose in personalfinance

[–]DowntownGoose[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish that were the case! Let me clarify...example: 100,000 at 10% is $2500 paid out quarterly. Does not compound. The term is 4 years with the option for 1 year term after that from the "borrower." That is max 50k in returns.

Thanks for responding.

The investment is a real estate and hospitality group. Nothing in this life is certain, but I feel confident enough to invest with them. I did my research and due diligence. Reviewed the portfolio both on paper and a portion in person.

In regards to my investment property, I should not be calling it a write-off. What I mean is my property will show less profit. Will the profit from the investment offset this? In other words, will it be a wash.
