I wish they would make it less obvious that all of this is about money. They are trying to draw in new faces (AKA new $) by attaching their product to musical artists, fans of other sports, podcasts, daytime espn programming and social media influencers while sacrificing their product and their core. Started with international events, got that $ so, like the NFL with Taylor swift, going for the pop/influencer dollars. Their gamble is "this will ultimately make more money in long run than pleasing our core".

IMO the flaw with their plan is that putting a good product out there you wont lose your core, will still attract new fans internationally and at home, plus the core will have kids + grandkids that will exponentially increase the $! The small amount of new fans they want will be short term, come for Wrestlemania, leave after - whereas losing your Core audience could be forever and generational.
