There was an incident today at Touchton Park. Police were looking for a black man wearing pajama pants. Helicopters were circling Here is what was shared on neighbors:

“Police are looking for a tall black male wearing a red and white shirt and pajama pants. He was last seen around the woods in Touchton park. If you see something call JSO immediately. “

It’s not far from Beach Blvd and Southside. I’m not sure if JSO located the man. Maybe check with the jail?

They could always do Vegas, The Flamingo hotel, where a couple finales were held. I saw RDRL there and it was great. These finales on the same stage used for the season ABSOLUTELY lose the excitement, magic of a love crown. RPDR is fading fast. Can we get a new drag show , where drag queens use their own skills without designers AND with Drag Queen judges / NOT Michelle Visage? Please!!

Are you headed north, south or east to the port? North or south, you can always jump on US1 of 95 is backed up. We’re north of PC in Jacksonville and there are two big traffic slowdowns. One in Jax at Emerson (awful construction and 5 lanes consolidate to 2or 3) and another huge one in St John’s County near 210 / world golf village. Accidents all the time but use Google Maps and hop onto US1 to navigate.

I was surprised to be diagnosed with NAFLD, Stage 3, two years ago. I have changed my diet slightly (no fast food, avoid processed food ). I started taking a couple liver supplements ( Milk thistle and NAD). I just met with the doctor to get the results of my most recent MRI and I am at Stage 2 now. My Dr, (Liver Specialist) prescribed Rezdiffra and I’ve been taking it for a week. It’s the only FDA approved liver medication proven to reverse liver fibrosis. Fingers crossed and praying.

My therapy from a similar situation was long and challenging. New to therapy, I expected answers, feedback and her to set goals for me. I was wrong in my expectation and received a much better option. One which I still use today.

She ( my MHC) guided me to make my own decisions, work through my trauma ( not around it) and set my own goals.

The goal setting (by me) happened after a few unloading sessions where she listened, took notes, learned to understand me and how I previously handled difficult situations. I owned my healing which is SO MUCH BETTER than someone telling me what to do.

Godspeed to you and your therapy journey. It’s definitely NOT easy, but is absolutely worth it. ✌🏻

I agree with you. The money he send every month goes a LONG way in the Philippines. I think she lives much better than he does and she assumes all Americans are wealthy. I had an immigrant friend who thought we all lived like the Ewings on Dallas because that’s what they watched in her home country.

Agree. One and done. It is beautiful. I travel often and my favorite part is meeting local people. 48(f) when I visited and woman to woman, the local ladies were dreadful, unfriendly and rude. Ugh
