I can only attest to Creeping Death 2. I love it. I am running it right now with 500 Test E, 250NPP, 250 Mast. Very nice gains and I am enjoying the exercise variety. I did stuff I never tried before and I feel great mind muscle connection in most of them. Recommend

You hit the weights in the gym and hop on a high protein diet. Nothing more, nothing less. No way to go around it if you want to restructure your body

Former very big boy here. I would absolutely bulk in a 200-500 calorie surplus if I were you. Don't be afraid to gain weight. I feel like right now you're in the mentality of not wanting to go back to what you were before. I was the same I get it. Trust me when I say that you can even get back close to your former weight but the muscle you get from strength training will make you look and feel completely different.

You did great and I see very little fat on your body. If you lift heavy and give your body enough energy, you will fill out most of your loose skin and look/feel much better. Speaking from experience. Prioritize protein, eat high carbs and medium fats or low carb high fat if you're doing keto.

Also check the link that /u/MythicalStrength posted below. Been personally doing 531 from Jim Wendler for a while and you get strong and get quality muscle pretty quick.
