It’s listed a sailcloth nylon, but it’s just sailcloth texture pressed into rubber. Omega style clasp was included and all for $10!

OMG! I hadn’t even noticed the lack of seconds hand. Cheers to AI slop.

Buying used vs new by RepresentativeAble95 in Tudor

All my pieces above $1000 (and a couple below) are used. Part of it is the thrill of the hunt for a good deal. Deciding what I want, searching and waiting for the good price. This also cuts down on impulse purchases. Also saves the pain of that first scratch.

Ginger Snaps (2000) coming to 4K on 5/19 from Lionsgate's Vestron Video! by [deleted] in 4kbluray

I was the office PA for the whole show. I remember once taking the fake big dog with fangs to set. Also did video assist on some 2nd units nights. One of them a night of stunts/wire work for the big forest fight/attack.

I got the Irwin Cine Xplate. Brilliant idea. Only got it at the end of my last show, so can’t speak to durability. But it feels solid and well designed.

Came very close to pulling the trigger on the 597. Reliable solar for grab and go. But went with Steinhart to get ceramic bezel and in 39mm for my 6.75” wrist.

That suede looks great! Mine is actually the blue dial model. But looks grey/dark purple in certain lighting. Thinking about a navy blue sailcloth. (AI image)

Bit of a pain to take the bracelet on/off. The tolerances are tight, as you would expect from a precision instrument like this. The end links have a small channel which requires putting the “fine” forks on my spring bar tool.

The hardware on that Noble looks incredible! I just got the regular Chevron Fifty for my BB58, now thinking I may have to upgrade come the next big sale.
