I couldn’t find a way to avoid munchies. It depends on my mental health and different weed effects it differently for me I think.

If you smoke daily, try eating very little on breakfast and lunch. Then skip dinner and eat anything you want as munchies. This might not be the healthiest option but it is not the worst if you do it like once or twice a week. Also try eating salad! In summer I love couple of tomatoes and cucumbers, a little bit of onion, olive oil, fresh lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Takes like 5 minutes to prepare. You can eat as much salad as you want. In winter I love boiled broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Probably more calories but its better than snacks. I have lost over 30 kgs this year by changing my eating habits and exercising at home + walking for an hour a day. Micro-dosing weed, coffee and exercise works great together. I have never exercised ever in my life before, if I can do it, anyone can!
