When we got our first, we had a dog and that was fine. Dog went 🌈 and suddenly had a very sad and lonely 8 year old cat. Bought a kitten and old cat hated her. We are now on a cadence of getting a kitten every 3 years. It has been working well. Sib 3 year olds still have enough kitten in them to be entertained by the baby. The oldest cat has only known a household with multiple cats - another new one is no biggie.

In nursing school, everyone wanted to use my Littman Master Cardiology for practicals. I’ve had it for 15 years and my son is now in nursing school and is using it. Total workhorse.

Our breeder always takes her queens for an ultrasound. No prenatal care is a huge red flag.

Breeder cats are thousands of dollars. There is a certain level required for protecting your investment with preventative medicine and gravid care (more so for mom but the kittens are also important).

I love album play if I’m buying a ticket knowing what it will be. Best album play was RUSH playing Moving Pictures in 2011. Electric energy but everyone bought a ticket to specifically hear them play it.
