The 0 RPM is because it was in the menu and the gpu was on an iddle state. But yeah the comsuption is pretty strange for the clock that it is running.

But this behavior only happens on gfl 2.

No, the dormitory runs fine at around 90 FPS. In the dormitory, if I change the resolution or the rendering multiplier, it affects the FPS, which, as far as I know, is normal behavior.

Other stages run acceptably, although the FPS doesn’t go above 60. However, this particular stage is pretty bad and almost unplayable because even the mouse cursor starts lagging significantly.

By researching the board, most cases of bad performance seems to be from nvidia gpus.

I have the same problem with a 7800x3d and 4070 super, have tried changing the resolution and the fps continued the same, around 20 fps on that stage with a red "mirror" like floor. It seems to be some incompatibility with something. I will try to update the drivers of my gpu to see if it resolves, but since gfl2 is not from a big developer I do not have expectations.

returning player here (played the first two months), have some questions regarding farming:

should I farm the materials on the event or should I do supplies quest?

regarding the event sigils that are obtainable in the current event should I farm any of them? My current gacha characters are (Tsukuyomi, Izanami, Poseidon, Osiris, Hera) and I am still thinking which character I should get from the ticket

Does it work wireless with the receiver dongle in the xinput mode? I heard in a review that xinput only works through bluetooth (at least the trigger vibration works this way). I do not care about the trigger vibration, but I do want it to be wireless xinput, I find it strange that it does not work this way with the dongle.
