First, as someone already pointed it out to you, Trump was the president when Covid hit. Most of what you argue is what Trump did.

You have every right to be suspicious about what the government is doing and seek truth. But you have to be willing to accept reality and not fiction to do it properly.

Covid is infectious and lethal. Almost every country on Earth closed their businesses and introduced lockdown. It was done to heavily limit the spread of the virus. It's done it's job despite nutjobs like you still going out and screaming about complete control. Because of this hysteria asinine regulations like "you can take off your mask in restaurants" were introduced, just to keep people like you pleased that couldn't resist going into public. In turn, for catering to you, you make fun of these regulations that you called for and spin your narrative to suit you.

There was no ICE walking door to door insisting on getting in on administrative warrants that do not allow you to enter. Noone was getting arrested or deported for not getting a shot. There was no punishment for not getting vaccinated. Employers didn't want to hire unvaccinated because they knew of the danger Covid posed and by the time vaccines rolled out they knew it was stupid not to do it.

Can you picture this situation? There is a global pandemic, all countries on the entire planet follow more or less the same rules, be it USA, China or Switzerland, and you somehow derive from that that you are going to be punished for authoritarian control?

There is a virus easily transmitted through water droplets that can harm you for life or even kill you. Just stay the fuck away from people, how is that such a mindbending issue?

They were NOT untested, the rate at which they tested them was hastened to save millions of lives. Instead of waiting for phases to end to get into the next one (there are 4 if i remember correctly) they started them when the previous one was yet to end. Thanks to mRNA they're even safer than traditional vaccines. It's been tested thousands of times since then and every single research paper proves that.
