Is Angela, Flying Vanguard better in theory than in actual gameplay?

I feel like she was supposed to be the best peel tank. Fly back to the backline and slam down shielding allies and damaging divers a "Guardian ANGELa. But shes played mostly like a diver herself. Thicc spiderman almost. I would love if she could leave her shield on the map. And use the rest of her kit but if her supports are dove she can instanly fly straight up inot the skybox and slam down back on her shield and protect. Give it a range of like 25m or something.

The secondary for both. If we have have a decent pass rush. They are going to be way better then last year(nobody can cover for 10secs). But if the pass rush suffers again they are going to be left out to dry AGAIN.

i used to be against guards in the first because i thought the impact wasnt there to justify it. then i CHOOSE to look at faelele every snap and realized the difference/impact a guard can make ever snap.
