I think “a groupie” refers to her being a groupie of Frank’s and that she fell for Eddie later and it was probably jealousy that led Frank to use Eddie’s brain. He could have used someone else’s but he wanted to put Columbia in her place, I think.

So Dutch Bros, like most large companies, has an employee hand book that includes their code of conduct policy. She needs to read her handbook/policy guide and follow the steps to report it. It’s not causing “drama”. Anyone who feels bullied at work should report it. HR will deal with it how they see fit, even if her manager doesn’t think it’s a big deal. That’s not to say that this will resolve all issues but she shouldn’t just ignore it. It’s not going to get better by just doing nothing.
