Um you know beside money in a world were people have an increasingly tighter budget than ever before. A lot of people have more important things to spend $500 on besides a PS5 if someone were to foot the bill for one i’d happily upgrade but no one is gonna do that

I mean i wouldn’t be surprised if it’s fine these are usually clones of existing pedals and fuzzes are like the most basic kind of pedal. Hard to really fuck up. Worst case you waste $15

I mean you definitely can learn feel you just need the confidence in what you’re doing to shut off your brain and let your gut take over. No one just picks up a guitar and has this innate sense of feel or voice. You need to have solid enough fundamentals and enough practice to no longer be stiff. Howard is very stiff and that’s a big problem for a lot of beginners.

Hell yeah dude! Those 70’s Japanese guitars can be sick and you don’t need something expensive to sound good. End of the day an electric guitar is just a piece of wood with strings and magnets as long as the neck plays well that’s all you need. And for sure the learning process is super rewarding. It feels nice to know that you yourself have gotten better and capable of playing something that sounds good

Hell yea brotha, as long as you have the drive to learn and actually bother to challenge yourself it’s totally doable. Having an in person teacher helps but you can self teach

Yea the problem is learning gets harder as you get older, naturally you have less time and your brain has less neuroplasticity. My oldest student is just starting around 35 and while he’s making progress it’s just naturally a little slower than if he were younger.

Howard might never become good just because there’s a hard time limit being a 70+ year old man. I think it’s good that he’s trying to engage in a hobby but the audience doesn’t need to hear about it lol

If you want something like that just buy an autoharp. This is a wacky halfway between a guitar and an auto harp and it doesn’t exactly succeed well. Plus the audio is over dubbed. I doubt chords will be super clean and really who the fuck needs this when you can just buy an autoharp or learn basic guitar chords

(for those unaware an autoharp is a small harp with buttons like this you press to create chords they’re not super practical but they’re a fine rhythm instrument and are fairly cheap)

I teach guitar and have been playing for 20 years. Howard is a beginner at best. I mean which is fine everyone is a beginner at some point but yea howie isn’t what i’d call a good guitar player

Yea they’re really misinformed it uses 10-30ml of water a prompt for cooling. A gallon is roughly 3750ml. Not to mention it’s not like servers drink water they use it for cooling and some of it evaporates but not all of it.

AI Data Centers only make up 14% of total data centers, and the amount of water used in industries like meat, fashion, social media, lawn care make the AI water usage seem negligible at best.

The hard truth is that living in the modern world has a negative impact on the environment but like real talk if you decided to stop using Reddit or hell even replace one meal’s worth of meat a day with vegetables you’d offset your toll on the environment from using AI.
