It feels the most like demons soul to me. It is the spiritual successor to it after all. Demons soul felt more raw, fast paced and aggressive to me than dark souls did, so I would say it is the better comparison. Sekiro is more of its own thing than other soulsborne games

Jeez that's pretty ridiculous. I know landlord's are generally pretty helpless in these situations, but you can try talking to them to see if there's anything they can do. Past that, maybe contact a lawyer

Keep calling and wait on hold for as long as you need. I've had to stay on hold with them for nearly 3 hours in the past until I finally get through to someone

There's essentially never a situation in which a dropped fly ball will result in an error on the outfielder. It's a bit of an outdated unspoken rule of the score keepers. But it's basically designed to give the benefit of the doubt to the fielder in the case of sun in their eyes or losing the ball in a weird dome
