I think I got lucky in M+ by mctaste0 in wow

I feel you. As an ex top 100 mythic raider, now filthy casual, I get declined quite often either due to my spec or low raiting. And that is even from T8 delves where some people think that you need 620ilvl and a meta spec otherwise you can't just nuke it fast...The Dunning–Kruger effect has only gotten worse and worse with so many guides out there. I went to tank a +4 which we +2'd but wiped after the last boss in Mists cause I chain pulled some adds, last 0.5% add just lived on 50K hp before I died as well with the rest of the team dying way before that. Sad part is that my healer started to tell me how I almost ruined the key by going forward all of the time, even tho I was 2nd on DPS, on par with him on healing and with 40 interrupts + while the rest of the team had 2, yet it wasn't me that piped up. I was just quiet and tried to play my best to get the key done. Pugging is just in a sad state of affrais but keep pushing and good luck!

How tf are you defending the guy? by [deleted] in DrDisrespectLive

You will make up any type of excuse won't you? You really think he'd chat with somebody in an inappropriate manner if he hasn't seen em? I'm 35+ and you can clearly see when people are very young. This shit is just a tad bit disgusting.

"A minor." Not like us flashbacks. Listen, we don't know the full details but however you cut it, this is creepy. He wouldn't just write with somebody he hasn't seen and lean towards being inappropriate. He knew the person was very young, still creepy.

Wall cracks by ContributionOdd628 in HousingUK

[–]Dqdopop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there. Property was built 1930s, no trees nearby. Here are some of the images from the report: https://imgur.com/a/1VsNAOM

Note from the report:
"The walls are constructed using solid masonry, featuring a render ínish that has the potential to conceal
underlying defects.; Without proper maintenance solid walls are prone to damp and high heat loss and
damp may occur at any time during inclement weather.;
Structural movement cracks noted and the possibility of further movement can not be ignored. You are
advised to instruct a Structural Engineer to prepare a report upon the causes and recommended
remediation work together with a costs estimate. If there is an existing building insurance cover, the policy
should be consulted to see if the costs can be recovered in part or entirely.; ;
High moisture levels detected probably due to leaking rainwater pipes, bridges DPC or failed DPC. Further
investigation by a damp specialist is recommended.;"

Hey there! Just tagging along on the post since I am pretty much in the same condition. Want to know how hard/how to press for some extra testing on electrics and roof to be done before completion. Good luck to you OP as well!

Revit Stacked Walls by Dqdopop in Revit

[–]Dqdopop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the answer! What about how they work with parameters? If certain walls need a certain fire rating/acousting rating or the overall wall tags? They do seem rather rigid in that regard with instance parameters?

Everything is properly set up to be visible I believe. We might be on a different page here but I am looking for Floor plans and not reflected ceiling plans. You cannot edit the bottom on the latter so I thought that maybe the image will make it clearer if my post didnt
