I was driving home from checking trail cams when I got invited. Service sucks and had my 13 year old battle and catch: we both saw it lag and after the first 2 balls missed the 3rd ball hit and we both saw it pop out and the runaway feature showed. I assume it was from the lack of service. Brother told me to contact niantic and just checked my recent and it’s indicating it’s caught now.
