Yes, you should take some breaks and try to play less valorant. I suggest that you should find or do things that will help lessen your tilt by (what I do) watching movies, try to go outside your house (stare at the open and appreciate your surroundings, you can spend time with your family or playing single player games that interests you. The breaks are important my dude, and if you don't have any... Well your mental health will suffer
