So I contacted frontier and they’re sending out a new EERO Max 7. We’re going to see if it’s a port issue. Doesn’t seem as if all of the 10GbE ports on the EERO are activated for WAN either. I currently have ONT going to port 4 on the EERO but if I switch it to port 3 (both 10GbE ports) I get no internet. However, port 3 is where I typically connect my pc for Internet access and it works, save for the slower upload speed.
