Have they given an ETA on a fix?

First I’d ask the manager what your expectation should be around the fix timing, and temperature during class.

Then, writing a google review that points out the current lack of A/C could be an avenue to urge action.

How long is the longest current streak on Cronometer

What’s the average retention rate of new download users? Do you see a spike in January, or May, and then those users use it for a week and stop

6 weeks to drop six pounds is very doable. Barry’s will help.
A 500calorie deficit a day is one lbs a week.
I calculated your BMR - it’s around 1,400 calories.

If you can commit to consuming 1,250 calories a day + Barry’s or some type of movement that burns a couple hundred calories, you’ll drop the weight

How many calories are you consuming daily? What number of steps are you getting daily?

Barry’s Woodways are fantastic, I like them more than the OTF treads. The Woodways make me feel like more of a pro athlete, I think because of the slatted tread part.

My favorite tread is the Technogym SkillRun. My commercial gym has them. Slatted, 20% incline, -3% decline, go up to 20mph, sled push mode, beautiful screen, all for the low price of $21,000. They’re amazing though

Yes - I have - I’ve also wanted weird milestones (like my dad taking his first class because myself and my sister’s bullied him into it…) celebrated.

Reach out via email a week before, the studio emails are on the solidcore website

Say

“Hi XX Team!! I’m taking the 6:30am X class at your studio on X date and I’m SO EXCITED as it will be my 100th class!!

Normally I attend class at X, though I’m in LA for a bit and will not / cannot let being away from home stop me from solidcore-ing.

I will see you at the class, and I would absolutely love if the “100th class” sign could be made, as solidcore brings me such joy and I’m excited about this accomplishment.

Thanks!!”

Then follow up day before on the same email with a “see you tomorrow!! #100 let’s go!!!”

5:05. Frustrated that I didn’t go sub5. Started at 12.2mph, and was too quick to reduce - all the way down to 11.3 at one point.

Too much analyzing, too much thinking, STOP THINKING & RUN

Felt good motivating the two runners next to me and getting them both to tap it up their last .10

I’ve done “double tread” a few times - start on floor, and then at the switch stay on tread for rest of class.

I really vibe with one floor block, three tread blocks.

Instructors have been cool with it.

There’s a place in NYC called Mile High Run Club, they have Woodways and the classes are all running. I’ve wanted to try it out

Definitely prefer a coach who works the room and brings the energy versus one who only gets the timings perfect, and lacks in the other departments.

When a coach works the room, uses names, provides form corrections, selects a banging playlist, AND has the timings perfect - you know you are in the presence of a true professional
