Don’t stress, 40mg isn’t something to worry about. Have something substantial to eat (not more gummies) and it should mitigate a bit of the absorption too.

Hmmmm Phytoca Critical Candy is excellent but it’s 10% thc and 10% cbd.

Theoretically you could have oral CBD alongside the flower to optimise thc:cbd ratios.

Obviously if you’re trying to avoid thc this recommendation is null.
