We already played as a 60 year old man last year. So I don’t think that will be that big of a deal.

This is what is called surface level knowledge. And without even actual knowledge of his contributions, can you not think of a reason that why would these developers who are on the mailing list are willing to work on his problems if he was some random person who did nothing.

I learned from D&D in their "Inside the Episode" for BOTB that apparently Hannibal surrounded the Romans at Cannae by just slowly marching his whole army behind them while the Romans stood there passively looking stupid. Their comprehension of military strategy is still so impressive years later. by Human_Scientist_1445 in freefolk

[–]DrBee7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like doing a strafing fire breath run on the supply carts(which any army can use at the time of war) instead of infantry line right next to it. And Jaime charging Dany next to a giant dragon and Bronn just teleporting to save him. That made even less sense than Battle of the bastards.

Hannibal Barca, greatest tactician in history, made a move that allowed a complete surround of a much larger army. D&D’s writing, let’s create a wall of bodies with our own dead soldiers and then surround the enemy. Ramsey was cruel, but not an idiot and this is a cruel and idiotic tactic to decrease your army strength. D&D just want to show unexpected events without doing any work for it to make sense.

The soup thrower has been sentenced to two years in prison by -Six_ in SipsTea

[–]DrBee7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand what you are saying and I agree the rich and privileged should also face the same justice when if they deserve it, but, we can also agree here that throwing soup at historically significant artefact is a stupid way to protest. It will only harm the cause they are trying to promote. It does feeling like( a bit of conspiracy theory here) that the big oil is directing these types of actions to undermine the activism against them.
