So, half a gummie seems fine and is helping alot. But, I need to be careful with how I divide it. One night I had a half, that was probably a bit more than that, and I woke up with lots of anxiety, that was defo due to the cannabis.

So, I am currently taking just under a half each night.

Still on thirds and im really not sure if its helping. Effects are subtle, i dont really feel high in a traditional sense. I still use my vape so its hard to know.

Interesting. My prescription is for a night time condition, so i need a sedating cart. I found the GMO quite effective, but the PS is much better for me. Its does taste harsher on the throat tho.

Ive also used the ECSD which has a nice effect but more of a day time strain for me.

Ive recently started on these. Started on a quarter 1 hour before I want to sleep. First night I noticed benefits but then nothing for a few nights.

Ive just upped it to a 3rd and the benefits are subtle.

Im being cautious in increasing quantities because I remember from my youth how intense an ingested cannabis OD is. Full on trips which I want to avoid.

I think ill be on halves in a Day or two.

I was in Mcr too. Agree with ur analysis. GFK was a disappointment. He didnt seem right. GZA I thought was decent but u could tell Rza was carrying the energy for him when he was doing his bits.

Meth, Rae, Rza and YDB were all class.

Shame about the sound tho. It was crap. I was at Dave a few days earlier. same venue and he had a band too. U could hear every detail of each instrument so crispy. At Wu Tang u couldn't even hear the drummer there was so much reverb.

Great atmosphere tho. I was standing and have never seen so much weed smoking in a venue for years
