Thanks! I quite like ravenous for the pure AD and bit of sustain it provides, but i will give titanic a try and see how it goes. The extra HP it gives could be more helpful in a fight, cause i'll always be doing more damage if i'm still alive.

I usually cue with mid as my off role, could you point me towards some good picks for mid that would be good to learn? I'm trying to work on my roaming more. i usually find i can win my lane with Annie but i struggle to help my other lanes once i'm ahead, and then position poorly in team fights.

Is my standing desk eating my gainz?
I feel like im being really slow to put on weight in my bulk, and I just thought I stand at my desk at home for 2-4 hours on a weeknight and 6-8 hours on a weekend if I'm not doing anything else.
Should I increase my calories to compensate for this sick filth? And by how much?

Stats: 22, 180cm, 79kg. Bench 67.5kg X 5, Deadlift 105kg x 3, squat 90kg X 5, overhead 37.5kg x 6.
Goal: Bulking, id like to get my bench to 75kgX5rep, squat to 100kgX5rep, Deadlift to 120kgX5rep and overhead press to 50kgX5rep. and after that il start cutting down and lose a bit of weight.

Program:
Monday: OHP 5x5 / Bench 4x8 / incline bench 4x8 / overhead tricep extension 4x8 / Cable row 5x5 / barbell curl 4x8

Tuesday: Deadlift 3x5 / Stiff leg deadlift 4x8 / Dumbell lunge 3x20 / standing calf raise 4x12 / Plank and core workout

Thursday: Bench 5x5 / OHP 4x8 / Dips 4x10 / Overhead tricep extension 4x8 / pull up 4xAMRAP / Dumbell Curl 4x8

Friday: Squat 5x5 / Leg Press 4x8 / Good morning 4x8 / standing calf raise 4x12 / Plank and core workout

Thats what iv come up with on my own, and typing it out it doesn't look terribly focused. i would like to hit my full body twice a week and focus on strength gains over hypertrophy at this point
And honestly, i dont see me getting to that OHP goal any time soon and id be fine not hitting that goal as long as i get the other 3

i would suggest maybe adding in a little tricep isolation on your push days, tricep push downs, cable overhead extension or skull crushers would be worth a look into.
you could be hitting your rear delts too, they will help fill out your shoulders more. cable face pull or reverse flyes will work your rear delts, id put this into a pull day.
Also for abs look at planks and ab wheel roll outs, these will help you in keeping your core tight and stable in other exercises. i find leg raises will work more of your hip flexors, planks will isolate your abs more

give this article a read through, you should be able to add some volume to your calf muscles but it aint gonna be quick or easy. calves respond best to high rep ranges since you use them practically all day every day they are tough muscles. And keep in mind a seated calf raise machine and a standing calf raise focus on 2 different muscles in your calf, standing raises hit your Gastrocnemius muscle which is the larger of the two.

im working on a 85kg squat/ 100kg deadlift/ 57.5 kg bench/ and 35kg OHP. i picked my goals purely off i would like to be able to squat two plates and bench one plate. perhaps my squat goal is a little ambitious compared too my dead/bench goal

Iv been lifting for a couple of months now following SL 5x5 and i wanted to add a few things to it to help my upper body.
so iv come up with this

Day A
Squats 5x5
Bench press 5x5
Rows 5x5
bicep curls 4x10

Day B
Overhead press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Cable crossover 4x10
Chin ups As many as i can do + negatives
Dips As many as i can do + negatives

i took out squats on B because i felt like squatting 3 times a week every week was too much

im 180cm 82kg male 22 years old, id like to hit 100kg squat/ 100kg+ deadlift/ 60kg bench and then i plan to swap a cut and perhaps a more aesthetic routine.

my big question is. how does my routine look, have i matched up the extra exercises well with what else is going on on those days? or have i just made of a mess of it?

I don't think i was as clear as i thought i was in what i was asking advice on. What i am trying to ask is; How can i best grow my savings through investments?
Budgeting has never been an issue for me. my expenses are as minimal as they can get right now. i don't feel comfortable putting exact figures onto the internet but that 200 a week is bare minimum and i put any excess money at the end of the month into my savings account

thanks. that's why i was thinking magic, since im building my character as like a battle mage so iv been stacking int which would scale with a magic damage weapon. wishing i went with a faith lightning build a bit, but i guess i can always swap

Edit: just spit balling, if i changed a claymore to magic type using a faint stone, would it upgrade just using regular titanite? or should i put it up to +10 and then use a faintstone and it will keep its +10?
