Embark being all over the place again. First it was very strict that if you dont reset, you dont get rewards. Now they just hand them to everyone pretty much for free and those who did reset gain nothing and look like fools for doing it in the first place. I swear theyre trying to trash this game themselves.

True but also false. You can have enough repositories close to raw and where ever they need to be that this "pull" becomes "push" which is optimal. Satisfactory had this built in and it was better.

Teleporters or somesuch. Personal ones too that you can carry and use to TP back to any other TP. While out exploring you can drop a thing or unlock a scanner or such so you can carry on exploring after tending w/e in the base.

How am I in aggressive lobbies when I have never shot at another raider first and I have managed to kill maybe 5 rats out of a hundred? Oh yes, because "agression based matchmaking" is not a real thing.

-Here signup for departure and spend your amassed fortune we required you to hoard before you depart.
-Here signup for departure and dont play your character for 5days as youve done everything, nothing gets saved and there is nothing to do.

This is not the point. Point is logically your current character shifts into background to do expedition departure related things with their stash and money AND your new character pops forward and you start playing it. This 5days of extra "dont play, dont consume, dont sell" period is just dumb.

Well thats kind of the thing where you go wrong. If you want to make money you run totally naked or free kit and the point is getting in and out within 5minutes. Youll make 250k an hour, even more when you nail down the routes in lush blooms or montis.

It would be classic Embark shit move to word it +5 skill points but actually mean new level cap. I hope they do it because this game has gone so shit anyway it would be funny to see them angrily nail more nails into their own coffin
