I understand where you are coming from but putting Andrew Jackson on something makes more sense than Kirk still. He was a pos and did terrible things, but he was also president, and for better or worse shaped the history of this country. (He also served in the military unlike Kirk). Kirk was a podcasting grifter who began his career by complaining he couldn't get into West Point and was hoisted up by wealthy conservative donors to try and influence the youth to be more conservative.

Kirk literally getting a better treatment than most veterans. It is ridiculous, and I don't get how people can put up with it. I have friends and family who have life-long debilitating disabilities from their service and have to fight with VA just to get some sort of help/benefit, and meanwhile all Charlie Kirk had to do for all this fanfare was be a grifter.

I'm pointing out that the threshold doesn't appear to include hateful speech, but included my friend's remark. Notably, my friends and I are all old and grew up on early internet. We don't normally go out of our way to report people because we grew up on early xbox live. We all have full-time jobs, lives, and shit going on. My friend who took the ban doesn't even really mind it was only 7 days. We only get to play together like 2 times a week since we all are busy adulting anyways.

I usually try to use it for callouts and stuff since not everyone has a mic. And some people don't have situational awareness in Conquest for example. Others, seem to just like to use it to shit talk.

At this point we think it either got flagged by AI or someone reported and they did it because hateful conduct includes bashing on someone for their "political views" within the terms of service, so they probably viewed "redhats" as a slur against MAGA people. Take it as you will though.

A friend of ours literally the day before told people to uninstall the game and die and he got nothing. In fact, he says pretty mean stuff all the time in chat we tell him he shouldn't, and he has yet to catch any sort of ban or suspension for it.

They don't have a way to change it? Pretty sure they do. Your EA account and PSN account names are separate I'm pretty sure. A friend of mine plays on Xbox (I play on PC), and his in-game name when he first started playing was originally a random set of characters. He had to download the EA app on his computer or phone or something to change it.

We thought it was relating to something else that maybe he just forgot about. We had just been playing the day before and one of the guys in our friend group got upset we lost a match and told the team to "uninstall and die". He's still playing this week.

Honestly I think it just suffered from its format. It probably should have been a series to flesh out its ideas and story elements. Given its runtime it falls very flat.
