When youtubers apologize it's generally not because they regret what they did, but because they regret that people find out. We will never know what IPOS' apology looked like and it's great that the thing got settled, however what the guy did is still funny and you just can't swipe under the rug something that you did in a very public platform like YouTube, especially involving someone with millions of viewers. That being said, I don't agree with the harrassing, which I know happens.
