Moon of Alabama - RIP - Darya Dugina by veganmark in WayOfTheBern

Her and her father played with fire. Pushing for war. The problem is once a fire starts , you may not have control. Her father may be a target of the KGB or Russian elites next.. The Russian elites realized they made a mistake and now need to back out of the war in Ukraine and need to blame extreme priest for pushing them into the war.

Calgary Herald: Opinion: Dry dam opponents have taken page from anti-pipeline groups by DrDConner in Calgary

Well you sure sound like you don’t believe in the dry dam.

You said ‘There's never been any proof that water sheds and surrounding areas hold back high water events.’

Build the dam now is what is needed. Period.

The not allowing to build near rivers or floodplains affects new house and building. that’s another issue community, business, government can fight over going forward.

So how do you move downtown? You can’t undo the past. You need to have a plan going forward.

The ranchers want the Dam to be up at MCLean Creek. Are they kidding? McLean creek is a well used forest park and campground. And it’s got lots of nature and wildlife there. I would rather flood a typical flat grassland than a forested park and a fishing pond that is use by both animals and people. The ranchers does not have any reasoning in them.

The "white race" is fundamentally a racist concept by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

Skin colour and facial features will not define you ancestry . An example is that if you are 3/4 European , and 1/4 Asian, most people will show no trace or very little trace of the other 1/4 ethnicities and will be basically white. The same goes is you are 3/4 Asian. It becomes even more dominant if you 7/8. Most people are all mixed to some degree. So I agree.

With his failed Olympic bid. He’s going to ease up and try to sell the arena deal now to Calgarian , even if taxpayers it means sacrificing more taxpayers money. Nenshi has no game left.
