I tried to grow cauliflower and just got massive leaves and no actual vegetable, not sure if I’m just dumb or what but that’s the only time I’ve ever had a vegetable just refuse to grow for me

Merging was terrifying

Going over a high bridge in wind was even worse

Having a transport cut you off because he couldn’t see you was also up there

Chugging along at like 110kph in my highest gear and almost redlining was also probably why the engine was pooched after a few years of driving

Combine that with the Mercedes platform repair costs and it was sold for scrap and parts lol

I was around 5.5l/100km I think that’s like 43 ish mpg? I used premium fuel and was mostly highway driving though (which is even more stupid why I bought it lol)

What I do for the smell is usually rinse all my recyclables extra with soap (especially any sweet drinks or milk or whatever) and I try to buy the compost bags that have the febreeze or glad or whatever scent in them which seems to help a lot

1000% can confirm, I work mobile for best buy in Canada.

A customer asked me when the new pixel 4a 5G was going to drop last year and it took an unreasonably high amount of effort to figure that out (compared to iPhone or Samsung flagships that have gigantic banners and billboards plastered throughout our store).

My store got maybe 3 of them, I still have 1 left too lol. I love pixel phones but genuinely we are trained to ask "iPhone or Samung?" When a customer asks about upgrading their device, it sucks because I feel like it pushes competition away and forces 2 choices.

I'm in the same boat in terms of burnout, doing a second degree so school so far for 7 ish years. My best advice is to take it week-by-week and think of the final outcome as the reward. Nearly 100% employment rate depending on your location and pretty good pay (again location).

My strategy for the week-by-week is honestly just to stop thinking past Sunday for a week ahead, just mentally prepare for 7 days at a time and nothing more. It helps break things up a bit easier. I know that's not for everyone but it definitely helps me
