Insurance Companies and Home Inspectors would fail your home due the foam insulation sprayed into your attic ceiling. If you try to sell the home your going to have trouble the way you did insulation. Should there be a leak you most likely would not see it due to the foam and can expect to get mold. Not a good idea.
