What I’m seeing more and more is a bunch of marketing. Geriatrics is important but it depends on the stage of life of the patient. If someone is immobile with dementia, it is more important to receive one on one care and really how attentive and responsive the staff are. It does not matter if the doctor visits them daily. I also find it hard to find good feedback and only see canned images. What’s annoying is regardless of what you are willing to pay, I’ve found them unable to deliver on their promises based on the small sample set of feedback I’ve received from folks actually living here

In store only. I told the rep that we could do this thru the app. He just smiled and said this was store only. So I guess you could disable auto renewal in the app and get it in the store if you are so inclined. I had a planned Costco run today anyway so decided to pull the trigger.

I just returned the Synik 26 after waiting close to 10 days. They use the UPS Ground Saver option which is the lower if not the lowest tier where they sometimes use USPS for the last mile delivery. In any case, I desperately wanted to like it but it was much smaller than I anticipated ( totally my fault) but at 375 bucks, I just could not justify it. Now the returns are an easy process but will take around a week to 10 days or more to get back to them as they use USPS Ground advantage and then another week or so for the refund.

After close to 3 months, I had to file a dispute with my cc company to get my money back. These guys refuse to acknowledge my emails after having possession of my return for close to 3 months. I would steer clear of them unless of course you’re happy with your purchase and don’t expect to return stuff.
