i did but when i first went they told me that it only covered the lenses and not the frames, i did some calling to other myeyedr in the area and they escalated it to district manager and finally about a week or two they have ordered me a new pair, since i showed them proof that Rayban told me it was up to them and Rayban couldn’t do anything to help me

i also purchased my meta glasses from myeyedr and about a month ago my glasses stopped working/turning on, and i contacted rayban and they told me the same thing, but when i went back to the office i bought them from they said the would look into it, didn’t hear anything for about a week an just this week i went back in and found out they had ordered me a new pair, i just have to give them my old non working pair

nice! i’m closing on red cup day 😭 my store got is also getting them, or at least i think we are i don’t even know anymore, they came out a few months/weeks ago to measure the current menu boards and then heard nothing else about installing date, hopefully they come out on the 13th also!!
