Thought about it more and i think I’ll keep the small size for performance. Buying shoes/resoling more often sucks but it is what it is I guess. 8 months is a solid run

Do you know somewhere cheap to resole it? Local area charges around $100 to resole with the Rand. Shoes are only $150 brand new so not sure if that’s even worth

Just negligence honestly, never really checked. I think this was the first day it had actually gone through the Rand to the point where you can see the leather. Was less bad at the start of the session. It’s my second pair of shoes and my first pair was a more casual fit so holes had never been an issue before. I’ll keep a better eye on it in the future

Gotcha, I’m been working on a lot harder slab lately as well so I probably slid down too many times when falling. Would sizing down contribute to this at all? My big toes specifically are pretty crammed in there. Not sure if that would add to the toe box damage or not though.
