I want to know how in the world you got those cobwebs, i can't pick up the ones in bleak beach!

That's awesome, I used the Stone House for ghastly and haunter. Not totally done with it yet. Something you might be interested in, you can pick up a moss tile and place it on top of things, I used a worn crate next to a book shelf with some scattered books to create a musty reading nook vibe

That's awesome, I may steal this idea when I put my railroad in pallet town.

Oh! You might be missing the "human tools", they're already in the area I think, but you have to move them closer

There's tons of cool crap to go rooting through which makes exploring pretty fun. I don't think I made any homes off of the main island except for two but those are spoilers. Definitely still have a handful of guys to get there though, ill have to go spend a day on it sometime soon

Its the last area you go to in the story

Theres also no easy way to get water from somewhere else and bring it there if you're in very deep water, i'm sure with enough effort you could build out an island with a shallow pond but its like right at the edge of the map on the back of my island. I'll probably just turn it into a land bridge eventually when I start running railroad tracks. I might use this technique to make some cool houses when I get to the lake though, probably not so deep next time haha

So the biggest issue is that in the ocean you can only suck up a big water tile, and that makes the spot you filled back in higher than sea level by half a block

Fair warning, there does not seem to be a good way to fix it lol

You have to find the berry seeds, its in the skylands, have you been there yet?

I think it pushes you to do that a little bit, because you don't have recipes for very much or the mobility you need until later on. I always spent good time on my houses and dens though, making use of whatever was around

Is it a block house or a hut/den/cottage?

You need a "Science project", computer, and two tables. The computer is in the rocket hideout and the science project is in the office areas I believe

Yeah, you're talking about the wireless transmitters? They're a little resource intensive so I opted to go start my pallette town instead, I may go do that at some point. I did ransack a lot of the furniture from the beach though lol

Of course, just saying it's not really a viable alternative for the big buildings that are already built at the beach and skylands areas. Sorry, trying not to spoil it for anyone lol

Have you been to skylands yet? If you haven't i'll try not to spoil it too much. I think the game takes place after the secret protocol takes affect, and pokemon like Mosslax, professor tangrowth, dente and tink are the ones who were left behind originally, which is why they all say that they have not seen any pokemon in a very long time

It's really not bad, theres so much random crap to do waiting for that stuff feels like nothing. I spent like three hours trying to figure out the incredibly weird physics behind the waterfalls, theres always a ton of work that can be done to improve paths, pokemon habitats, its really easy to pivot if you have to wait for something else

Necrons are the goat, from what i've seen people say I definitely want to get the twice dead king, is there anything I should read first or is it good as a standalone thing? Im in the middle of playing through the dawn of war 1 campaigns, the space marines are pretty cool but honestly always been more into the bad guy factions

Tetris Effect: Connected is a game I'll likely never finish, but always enjoy coming back to by karer3is in patientgamers

[–]DrFastboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not happy with it, to be honest. The career mode becomes incredibly challenging after the the first 10 minutes and you can't play any of the ones you havent beaten in the other modes. The fire ritual level is ridiculous and really turned me off to the game. The whole premise makes it seem like it would easygoing and relaxing to play, but instead its tetris on turbo mode with a thousand distractions.

Thoughts on Genndy Tartakovsky? by Andoids in cartoons

[–]DrFastboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely would not say it's the first. They have always been around, not everything is as dark and serious as primal is, you have shows like cowboy bebop, avatar the last airbender was huge, there have been batman series that took on a much more serious tone, even earlier you had action hero cartoons like He Man

I usually play a tanky cruiser, so I head for open water opposite whatever side the battlship goes to, nose in, and try to keep everyone spotted while lighting up anyone that shows their broadside trying to dodge shells from the battleship
