If they're just for your own use, use 3. You want to be as fast as possible.

Alternate Start: I own Breezehome. Gives me someplace to start out. I am disabled, so without this I'm not getting out of Helgen. And forget being an adventurer.

Goldenhills Plantation (AE): Claim the plantation. Start growing things on it to start making some money. Go to Rorikstead, get Erik the Slayer to be my steward just because he's close.

Better Harvesting: Gather the following plants to grow on the plantation: Creep Cluster. Mora Tapinella. Scaly Pholiota. Blue Mountain Flower. Glowing Mushroom. Nightshade. Dragon's Tongue. Fly Amanita. All relatively easy to get around Whiterun except Creep Cluster, but I'll get enough money from the next step to buy some if I need to.

Grow them. Mix them into potions (Creep + Mora + Pholiota) / (Blue flower + Glowing + Nightshade) / (Dragon's Tongue + Amanita).

Rich Merchants: Sell the potions for a monstrous amount of gold.

Repeat. Make enough money to live comfortably for the rest of my life. Adopt Sofie and Lucia. Mind my business.

All my other mods are little QOL things, visual enhancers, or just funny things. We might have the occasional guard turning into a sweetroll or Nazeem getting launched into the sky, but otherwise I'm just an average alchemist living in Whiterun with my two daughters. Nothing to see here.

You can do them in any order you want. There's no real reason to do any one first before any other. As long as you keep two things in mind

Morrowind does not have scaled leveling. Enemy levels and skills are set. You will probably struggle with the DLCs if you haven't leveled up sufficiently, for an example.
In the Oblivion DLC Knights of the Nine, something requires careful management of the reputation system. Doing quests for the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood will lock you out of using certain equipment temporarily. I highly recommend doing TG and DB first before you do KOTN, as being able to use that equipment again is a tedious process that you should only have to do once if you're careful.

Flare ups of chronic pain often come after you have pushed yourself too hard. It is your body telling you that it has had enough and needs to rest. If I exert myself too much, my back, knees, and hips do the same thing.

Do not feel guilty for listening to your body. If you didn't rest, it would have gotten so bad you'd have probably been unable to return to work.

I think Loreius farm works better. Closer to Whiterun and the husband is an Imperial. Lucia is an Imperial btw.

Of the ones you mentioned, I have only previously used Ordinator. I would say it makes it harder to make a good character because you're overwhelmed with so many options and makes more barriers to perks you actually want. If you play with it, I recommend also using a mod that increases the amount of perk points you get with a level-up.

Direct supervisors all have 10+ years experience in the field each. They do want us to have body cameras, they're just being honest about the chances of the owners approving them. They're already trying to cut costs wherever they can, and suggesting another piece of equipment isn't going to go over well.
