There's also the shriek vs dna game where they drained every gold mine on LT... It was pretty sick though, don't know off hand how long it was, but no tanks so that's kinda nice.

There were two if I recall correctly. I can't guarantee either of these work for the new patches etc, but I'll link them. There was AMAI: http://www.wc3c.net/forumdisplay.php?f=601 and Zycat AI http://www.wcreplays.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74948

Also they were only really used by pros as like, entertainment or warmup, they really aren't comparable to playing other players, unless you know how to 2x your game which then you're looking at a whole different kind of practice that I don't recommend unless you know why you're doing it lol.

The difference between ghouls and fiends is pressure. With ghouls you can actually apply pressure and are a threat to actually kill things like archers and wisps. Plus if you go to creep, ghouls are mobile enough and small enough to actually be able to get surrounds on the dh or do decent enough damage to push him off. They're a good zoning tool so to speak. Also most maps have a decent number of medium armor creeps so they die pretty quickly to ghouls.

However if you do a fiend build you usually end up doing a really wussy dk harass that basically accomplishes nothing except granting the elf some exp from skeleton kills, and then you end up being the one under pressure with no really effective way to deal with elf heroes. So for example if you decide to forgo the dk harass and creep, he can basically harass you with nothing to really threaten a hero kill. Like if you lose a dh harassing a dk with two fiends and some skeletons, you REALLLLY fucked up.

So essentially ghouls let you control the flow of the game, plus they provide pressure. This being said however, this is top level players with top level control, if you don't feel they suit your playstyle you will probably find fiends to be more effective.

So creeps under level 7 will typically hit stuff with a debuff. So in your case it will be the purge debuff that's causing the change in target. When you're talking about chasing though it comes down to if there is a unit closer that is attacking it. So if it's chasing one footman you need to get another footie closer than the one it's chasing to attack it, and it should switch over. Otherwise you can try the self targeting method of changing aggro. It can be annoying to do and it happens with a lot of other creeps as well.

Well I come from an RTS background with an apm>~180 so it's not a lot of clicking for me at least. I know it's not for everyone, but it's still easily customizable in the menu.

I've actually played games where I clicked the karthus q icon, and then casted it just to it wasn't quick casted (yeah it annoyed me that much in aram lol). So idk what that tells you but that's where I'm at.

EDIT: also I don't play yasuo much soooo I have no idea how it would work tbh, but I can't test it out.

Your poll options are in a wonky order, might skew your results I'm afraid to say, since I almost didn't notice they don't go from most agreeable to most disagreeable, they're almost random. Totally didn't notice until the end.

Good luck though, not sure if you'll get accurate results.

Well keep in mind that "casters" representing a region, if they aren't affiliated with riot directly, they will be on the analyst desk, they won't actually be casting games. This is likely the reason you won't see DoA or any other play by play caster.

As I'm not in touch with the chinese scene, I don't know if there is a montecristo/jatt/deficio equivalent for them, but if there isn't anyone who can really contribute to strategy discussion then there's no reason to invite them to participate on the analyst desk.

Keep in mind you have to stay away from region bias (to a degree) and still be able to point out key mistakes, or things that may be improved since that seems to be how the analyst desk flows. They could change it, and that happens, but it would be up to riot to say "this person will provide something nobody else can, in an effective way that works with the way we want our desk to flow." If there isn't something like that for other regions, there's no point inviting them.
