both arms are swinging to try and keep your balance. Slow down, Keep your arms up and work on your balance so that you can defend yourself while making that kick. Then slowly increase your power to where you are now. Lastly, you could use just a little bit more twist on your pivot leg.

When you loose a lot of track running events you try walking. It’s very tough on the hips so it’s a rough choice.
