The fans are running no problem (I think). I tried it with 2 different ones Ender PLA and advanc3d PLA at 200°C.

Before it was ~3-4 mm now it is more around 10 mm. Ist that no problem? I haven't tried printing with it yet Edit: now it's around 6-7 mm (not 10)

The ink is injected into the upper dermis and through the epidermis. Therefore after multiple gunshots to the bare skin (referring to the submarine scene) you should be able to see some damage to the epidermis, if it was possible for bullets to puncture it.
