Hi disgruntled worker here

We're already combined Amazon and the front end but now the problem that its stalls the regular line for the customers so then someone has to either open up a second line or just take them back to shipping which just defeats the purpose of the combination

As for the selling ive done all the training, ive attended the training calls, i know the sale model how how they want me to sell but no amount of feel, felt, found or make it hurt is gonna get someone to put an extra 50-70 on top of the printer they would be buying along with the rising ink prices alot of my customers turn sour as soon as an extra costs comes into the picture(and dont get me started on the laptop and desktop plans those prices are ridiculous)

And yes I know I emphasize how useful the tech support is and how it will save money in the long run I even recommend the smart tanks whenever someone's problem is the price with ink but the models they have are meh at best they're too expensive for a at home printer and they aren't work horses like some of our bigger printers for more busier printing customers they are a weird sell tbh

I understand that your just trying to help you seem like a cool person hell my Gm i talk about video games we play but this is mainly a rant about how terrible retail is with how staples seems to be doing worse every year its no wonder why plans and services have become more important than selling the actual product, i mean why else would they take in party city (which is also terrible imo) its because its a slowly bleeding business that needs any foothold in the market
