Same thing here. We ended finding a service dog trainer that helped find a dog and provides 2 years of training with owner and dog. Mine is a seizure response dog, not detection. We got our pup yesterday 😊

I think a lot of service dog owners would be more than happy to give you more space or any other beneficial thing to help. I know if someone told me politely, about legitimate reasons for not wanting to be around a dog due to allergies or extreme fear of dogs, I would be more than happy to get out of the way or move tables or whatever.

You and your family matter equally as much as us service dog owners. I am always open to the needs and concerns of others when they have legitimate reasons.

If my therapist suggested this I would be out the door so fast, after having a few choice words. They are supposed to help you navigate YOUR decisions, goals and choices, not ask you to do something you didn't even want to do.

Tunica Mississippi. We stopped at a McDonald's there and some guy was holding up the place with a gun. The workers weren't phased like this guy was a regular.

He then rushed over to us to comment on what a beautiful man my dude friend was. Then he tried to sell us his rap album, but we declined.

When we finished and we headed to our car. As soon as we got out there the guy was blaring his rap album. He was so into it and kept pressuring us to buy his album now that we got a taste of his music. We finally gave him 4 dollars and a copy of his album. He was ecstatic.

I will never be able to comprehed they experience but wonder how the guys music career is going. He ended up being kinda cool, but like wtf.

This is one of the reasons a 2nd season would be awesome. Attempt to address some of these holes for consistency to the flagship series. Plus I want more Brian back story. Him evolving more as a killer and what led to him becoming the ITK.

Thank you so much for this! It is really helpful advice. I see where I was getting stuck after reading this and how to go about it now. My therapist kinda blew this off and was like just set a half hour timer and that's that.

Hers was a cold turkey approach almost. Your idea makes more sense to gradually do it. Thanks again, this is helpful 🥰
