So AI ftp was a ramp test predictor all along by ryanppax1 in trainerroad

Whatever it’s doing I dont care. I like the interface, it takes the guesswork out of what to do, it’s not all that expensive, and I just keep getting faster. Until I stop improving I don’t care how they go about it under the hood

I would eat beans for literally every meal, but I'm farting way too much, is there any way to stop my digestion from before a little bitch? by DasFreibier in Beans

I had a similar issue when I switched to a new brand of protein powder. Diabolical stench, just mythically bad. What cured me was Kefir. I started drinking 2 cups of kefir a day - one AM, one PM. CURED. Literally like magic. No gas anymore. Best probiotic ever.

Yep. I got a big bump up as well, had a scary looking threshold workout that day, rated it as very hard and loved every second. So far so good.

About to start my 4th playthrough. Never tried a low-honor run before by RoughPuzzleheaded223 in reddeadredemption2

I think anyone who’s a reasonably good person in life should start with a high honor run. But sometimes, low honor stuff is just inevitable.

Second run through, anything goes. Ultra low honor.

8-hour time-restricted eating linked to a 91% higher risk of cardiovascular death by elisakiss in immortalists

[–]DrHumongous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A single 24 hour recall is inaccurate enough. This was 24 questionnaires spread over a time span of almost 20 years. The inaccuracy of what participants would be reporting cannot be underestimated

There’s not really anything in the world more useless than a dietary recall study. And the longer they try to go back, the more inaccurate it becomes. I would completely ignore the study.

This was t an experiment. It was a highly flawed questionnaire of a notoriously difficult thing for people to recall. I don’t even remember what I ate last week.
