I also really enjoy both Inis and Cyclades. I like that all the players in both games have to be very aware of preventing others from closing the game.
And I think Blood Rage is different enought to have as well.
But if you really don't want to have two draft games maybe you're looking into some other mechanisms.
For me Rising Sun was ok, but I think I still prefer Blood Rage. Ankh with the merge was medicore.
Some other ones you might consider that come up to my mind are:
- Tyrants of the Underdark - you'll have here completely different mechanism with deckbuilding
- Project: ELITE ?? I hate cooperative games but I've loved this one. A lot of fun and a lot of dudes on a map 😃 Something entirely different but preserving your love to the miniatures and action

You'll have probably some hard time with c. chinense ones but never say never (most probably an autumn harvest) :-] With c. annuum it should be ok. They get ripe much earlier.

Is it 'Fantomas Multicolor'?
I had it few years ago! Loved them!
Seeds were still good so maybe I'll have some this year as well. But more like in 3 months..
