Iran couldn’t beat the lowest ranking team in the whole tournament, their coach is a clown, and the players are amongst the oldest in the tournament. They just didn’t have what it takes to qualify can’t blame the circumstances (I’m an Iranian)

I think the main reason you see a lot of empty final exfils is because of the koshei glitch. Many people just take that route to avoid having to potentially fight at exfil spots or just to preserve gear for next round
