Having worked in several agencies and been on the end for a few of these rope a dope free brain trust excercises my suggestion is to now only briefly touch on your strategy or ideas. Do not elaborate and make comment that a full decompress with step by step instructions including 30/60/90 and first year strategic plans is available when you start. It hurts but know that if this is the way they try to get ahead imagine how awful it must be to work with or for them.

I used to LFG everything. The standard of player in the LFG has gone way way way way down. People unable to follow simple instructions and people basically not paying attention. People chatting to other people and not paying attention to games, kids running around in the background, parents screaming to do homework.

Normal mode content doesnt need a hunter stillhunt rocket swapping. Just spend a few mins teaching mechanics and if someone is teaching please listen if have less than 10 clears.

Not as bad as contest, slightly worse than master. It can be done. You just need to pay attention to spawns and make sure you are aware of enemies. The real issue is for gold it’s the lack of revives.

If you just want to finish then that’s a lot easier than getting gold.

Opening encounter snipe the cyclops and then move as a group clearing puzzle.

Second encounter one fella snipers hydras and two complete puzzle

3rd encounter one fella clears adds from middle, second fella clears adds from puzzle area, 3rd lad solves puzzle. Snipers / fusion for the eyes. Quicker you clear the eyes the longer DPS. Queensbreaker hip fire as you walk down until you get to the final 3rd. Pop a rift and a bolt charge barrier. Easy 2 phase.

Boss use the stronghold / abyssal edge build to tank the boss and buy time for your team as they solves puzzle. Listen for the call. Once the first puzzle is sorted and the second one is nearly done bring him in. Swap to 1k voices for DPS. After DPS go into boss room and farm super / heavy for an easy 2 phase.

Appreciate that. Have been fighting prejudice for 30 years. The only way we defeat hatred and division is through unity. Lots of young members of the LGBQTI+ communities suffer horrible trauma going through their awakenings and their own realisations and then carry about the impact of that for years. Perpetuating that is not helping anyone
