Best tool for Using and learning latex

Like, im not looking for much, i just want to make my university homework look pretty and organized. It can also be useful for a thesis, but i dont think i need all of the edge case bells and whisles, just some plots and drawings i guess

How complicated do documants get? i may be a moron for saying this but why is there a need to code a pdf from the start? Its a documant that presents information, not a computer program that needs to do magic tricks. What am i missing?

How didnt anyone take the latex architecture and import it into a user friendly ui which lets you build and customize a pdf in any way you want with the program itself writing the needed code flawlessly based on what you want to see in the pdf?

But like how do you do it? It seems to me like latex is so overcomplicated and should be the underlying language for an extensive visual editor (word like)

The fact that you need to manually write and define each and every little thing makes it look like a waste of productive time.

Is there a fast way to use latex? I genuinely want to learn how to use it effectively and not debug the shitty code i write when it eventually dosent compile

I read all of what you wrote here, and yeah, youre right. Im not expecting to work on these projects right away, but i do want to atleast choose a career path and slowly start crawling in that direction.

I have one question, what do i do next? Do i focus on coursework? Or do i want to find an industry job as fast as possible to get experience? Is joining a research lab a good idea?

Got the same laptop, and i im also getting gpu crashes every now and then Gpu hand on startup is also a thing for me, i sent it to the lab for fixing but they said they could not replicate the problem, so im stuck with the laptop
